Direct from Launceston, Tasmania, these all-natural, Balsamic Vinegars that are beautiful as marinades, cooking aides and salad dressings. The vinegars are versatile, exotic and simple to use on all your favourite dishes that require vinegar.
All products contain minimal or no fat, but are infused with 100% natural flavours.
The vinegars are great on salads or can be used as a marinade for meat, chicken or fish. Some customers even love the vinegar as a tea! The honey vinegar is incredibly refreshing as a tea. The lime and ginger infusion is also a lovely option.
