OLIVE OIL
The EVOO produced by Saluté Oliva is cold pressed and qualifies to the stringent criteria of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. The oil is pressed on the farm using the latest technology centrifugal decanter. The fruit is harvested at exactly the right time and is processed without delay for the best possible quality and results.
The EVOO is a single variety olive oil made of the Italian variety Frantoio. Frantoio oil is highly valued for its intense fruity aromas.
A well balanced oil, a delicious addition to everyone’s kitchen.

Saluté Oliva offers their EVOO also in a cask. The shrink bladder in the cask reduces deterioration by oxygen or light.
Not only will it keep the oil for longer at its best, but it is also a very clean and convenient way of using it on a day to day base.
The Saluté Oliva EVOO is available in: 500ml bottles or 2 lt cask through retail shops 10lt casks for catering business and restaurants
TABLE OLIVES
The Table Olives by Saluté Oliva are processed on site following traditional pickling methods, using only natural ingredients. The green olives are cut prior to the curing process in order to improve the fermenting process.
The olives are packed in extra virgin olive oil in attractive vacuum packs. Store in your pantry, cut open, serve and enjoy!
Package sizes: 150gr, 300gr or 750gr. Commercial packages: 5kg pail (3.3kg olives) in light salt brine. Only natural not marinated.
Saluté Oliva produces following table olives:
MANZANILLO OLIVES
A green crunchy olive with quite robust flavours. The olive is of medium size and cherry like round.
Serving suggestion: Salads, Antipasto platters, green olive dip.
KALAMATA OLIVES
Pickled in the traditional Greek way, a delicate taste. This olive is picked when black.
Serving suggestion: Salads, Antipasto platters, pizza, tapenade
Both the Manzanillo and the Kalamata olives are available natural or marinated with a hint of chilli.
SEMI DRIED OLIVES
The semi dried olive is a family treasure and cured following old recipe. This olive is very tasty and full flavoured.
Serving suggestion: Cheese platters, red meat stews
